I have booked the room for 3 nights with my wife. Beds were comfy and the room was usually pretty clean. The employees were quite useful and friendly and always made us feel welcome. Rooms are big and the closet. Bathroom was clean and the shower was excellent. Not an incredibly social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.

If you are visiting Puncak you have to book this hotel. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the guest rooms are very nice. Also a very good vibes.
